We are truly honored to have been awarded the framing contract for such an amazing project. We hope you enjoy photos. A few steps that help our product stand proud. 1.,All Walls were framed to exacting standards with EWP throughout = LSL by Louisiana Pacific ... 2., All Dropped ceilings & soffits were framed with LVL by Louisiana Pacific 3.,All Shear were Nailed with Galvanized fasteners, 4., Our firm worked with the Engineer of record and the builder to allow us to replace the called-out nails with galvanized screws to mitigate withdraw from the curvilinear lines of the roof. 5.,We added diaphragm blocking to help keep the sheets from buckling in the unforgiving desert heat.

I would like to share a few photos of a recently completed Framing project. Here are a few photos and Video that show the level of pride we have in our product Entire frame was framed to exacting standards framed with LVL throughout ... All galvanized hardware was countersunk flush into the substrate Every cut made on site was sealed with Marnie grade spar varnish. Each piece of the overhang was CNC’ed to a 0.09 spec All sheathing was fasted by stainless steel screws, every panel, floor and roof sheet!

Our Firm was recently hand selected to build a custom Bridge for the Del Mar Country Club , All Lumber was Select FSC No.1, .40 ACQ KDAT , All Simpson Hardware and fasteners were stainless steel. All Cuts sealed with Copper Sealer. I would say It’s a safe bet that this bridge will be around for generations.
