This year SMC Asian Culture Exchange Association Friends-Giving dinner was a success. We had more than 500+ students that joined us at the event last night at Santa Monica College. Thank you all for coming out to support us and learn about the history of Thanksgiving. We hope you all had great time experiencing the thanksgiving with the SMC family. Happy holiday!

ACEA is holding another Thanksgiving event this year!! As we know, Thanksgiving is a day of giving thanks for the blessing of the harvest and of the preceding year. The most significant of this event is to let more people know about Thanksgiving and emphasize how important this day is to the Americans. Friends Giving Dinner will provide a lovely atmosphere for all of you to enjoy the joyfulness of Thanksgiving. There will be plenty of food provided that symbolized this specia...l festival of the year. Trust me, you will be glad if you come! Friends Giving event will be held on Tuesday, November 21st from 4 pm to 7 pm at the cafeteria, Santa Monica College. Great announcement of the week: Tomorrow will be our ACEA's 3rd general meeting!!! we will collaborate with Black Collegians and represent a wonderful Breaking Board: exchanging the breaking board questions with each other and experience each other's cultural differences. The questions will be released during the event but I believe the questions will be super fun and the answers will be absolutely diverse from one and other....
