Yet another instance where ACCESS wants to kill (euthanize) a pet that does not need to be euthanized? That was Maria's experience. Maria describes her experience with ACCESS. "One of the absolute worst experiences at an animal hospital. I've never dealt with more rude, inconsiderate people. My puppy has only been to this hospital from the start of his illness so they have all the lab results, all the medications that THEY prescribed, and all the notes etc. Today, I brought h...im in because he had a seizure and before I brought him in my primary care vet called them to let them know what was going on and that I'd be in. The nurse who took my pup asked me what happened and I let her know as well. With something as serious as what's going on with my puppy, tell me why they had a student call me and ask for his history when they have literally EVERYTHING they could possibly need right there. How does someone call you and not know what's going on when your animal is a regular there.. The doctor then calls me extremely frustrated that I even brought him in to be checked and told me to euthanize him. So when I asked what condition he's in because he was ok when I brought him there, her response was "he's happy, beep bopping around, barking and alert". I've gotten many opinions from vets all over the world that told me animals can live with seizures if it's treated properly. You don't give up on your animal because you're frustrated, if it's not hurting him and you can find a way to help THATS the answer.. not euthanasia. Jodi McKenna, you make this hospital look extremely bad. You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about and couldn't even be bothered to look up if my puppy was on seizure medication when you guys prescribed it to him.. I'm embarrassed for you guys and I will NEVER spend a dime at this nightmare of a "hospital" ever again and I recommend every single person who is in need of emergency animal help, go somewhere else."

ACCESS is "ESPECIALLY MADE FOR SUCKERS" says Anastasia. Taker her good advice! If your pet is not critically ill, do NOT LEAVE IT OVERNIGHT!!! First, this is a key way ACCESS makes its money! Second, pets routinely do far better at home where they feel safe than at ACCESS as we have heard time and again from Pet Owners. So many report their pets getting worse and even dying when left at ACCESS. If your pet is not critically ill, take them home with you and save your mon...ey and maybe even your pet's life! Anastasia tells of her experience. "Very expensive!!! I was quoted $3,000 for an overnight stay for a 7 week old kitten. For what??? To be left alone in a cage, and have someone check in on him ones or twice? No thank you. We declined, paid for the check up and the medicine, and were able to successfully, peacefully, and safely give antibiotics at home without stressing out an already scared animal. My kitten is thriving so I am thankful for the prescription, but this "specialty" clinic is especially made for suckers.

Did another dog die needlessly at ACCESS? Or did it die because it was being treated at ACCESS??? So many pets seem to die there under circumstances where it seems if the dog had never been admitted it would not have died! "I came here a couple years ago and received excellent, fair priced care but recently my dog Lucy was bloated and sick and I brought her in. After 4 hours waiting in the car they told me she's just overweight and has bad teeth. I said no, she's not overweight. She's insanely bloated and she is not fixed. I suspected pyometra but the Dr. sai...d it would be almost $1500 just to perform the tests then over $8000 to $15,000 for the surgery. It's a pandemic and they're using people's emotional bonds to their pets to get more money out of them. I took my dog to another vet. She had pyometra and could've died if I hadn't gotten her emergency surgery right then. They charged me $6000 total and pulled her teeth that were bad and cleaned them. My Lucy is like a new dog.
