ADA Pool Accessibility requirements became law on September 15, 2010. This legislation requires commercial swimming pools to provide a means of access for their pools. The spa lift is anchored to the ground and can rotate 360 degrees in either direction. It can be outfitted with optional pull-out leg rest. This pool lift has an adjustable seat pole and a weight capacity of 375 pounds
