Abundant Life Orphanages

This Easter, my daughter (Laniece) and I have decided to give soccer (football) shoes to children in African orphanages. Laniece has donated her soccer shoes and I have encouraged her to write a prayer that will be attached to her shoes. This summer, I want to take soccer shoes for boys and girls with me to Liberia and Mozambique. Abundant Life Orphanages is a 501 c 3 Nonprofit Organization. Since 2004, we have been caring for orphans and vulnerable children in Africa. In Africa, we build partnerships with established orphanages and schools in order to: Provide technical services to help them meet the needs of the orphan and vulnerable children they serve. Raise funds locally and internationally in order to provide technical services to our partner orphanages and schools in Africa. Laniece Ddamulira is a young missionary & Boys and Girls Club of San Francisco (California) member who is helping to promote and raise support for the Boys and Girls Club of Ghana which was organized by Dr. Patricia Essilfe, DNP, FNP-BC, MSN, BSN who is standing behind Laniece.

Recently, Abundant Life Orphanages founder, Maresha Johnson visited the community of Dago, Gomoa in Ghana. This was a truly special trip because Maresha was able to bring her daughter (Laniece Ddamulira) to this village where they prayed for the children and parents.

MOVING TO GHANA In July 2015, Maresha and Abundant Life Orphanages will be moving to Accra, Ghana. Abundant Life Orphanages will recruit, hire and train a powerful ministry team that will provide technical support to orphanages in child care/welfare, parenting, staff development, health/sanitation/hygiene, business planning & management and identifying income generating projects which will grow and sustain the orphanages. In addition, Abundant Life Orphanages will partner w...ith local schools and the Boys and Girls Club of Ghana to provide teacher training, professional development and establish the Boys and Girls Clubs of Ghana on school campuses which will provide a fun, safe and educational afterschool alternative for children.
