Title Examiner M-F Santa Paula Pay: DOE... Summary: Searches public records and examines documents to determine record status of property title and prepares write-ups for preliminary reports, title policies, guarantees and endorsements in accordance with company examining procedures and established policies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Review title searches to ensure they meet per-determined search guidelines Prepare title reports/commitments based on title search, identify title issues to be resolved and what the defined exceptions are relating to the policy Verify that taxes were ordered on the correct assessor’s numbers Verify the status of taxes reflected on tax print outs and if it is not indicated the contact the county tax office for further information Verify that the correct property and names were opened on the title applications Verify that the correct documents were highlighted on the property and GI printouts that will be needed to compile the title report Verify that copies of the correct documents were pulled Organize the search and prepare a write-up sheet Prepare copies of documents to be sent to client Make notes in applicable applications of any examination issues or comments Working knowledge of applicable title applications and grantor/grantee search practices. Quality inspector M-F 6am-1:45pm Camarillo Summary... The Quality Inspector will provide quality-support to the packaging area, to include oversight for adherence to cGMPs FDA, and DEA compliance. The Quality Inspector will utilize practices and techniques within the disciplines of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Improvement disciplines. General Duties and Responsibilities: -Adheres to proper cGMP’s including good housekeeping, proper protection of product quality and integrity, and personal hygiene. -Prioritizes multiple tasks simultaneously & completes tasks in timely manner. -Reviews Master Batch Record for accuracy prior to packaging run. -Checks, verifies, corrects, and approves component and quantities release for production. -Checks product lot number information. -Reviews inserts and outsets & product sample for accuracy. -Reviews and approve tray & box labels for accuracy. -Issues correct labels for production run and quantity. -Conducts line verification. -Conducts product in-process inspections at designated intervals. -Performs final QA inspection for finished product release. -Verifies Packaging Personnel reconciliation for accuracy on finished product release. -Prepares & print outer box release stickers when finished product is approved for release into inventory. -Fills in Product Release Form P147.10 with required information. -Inspects Packaging Room Clean/Clear status & approve its use for next packaging run. -Performs Master Batch Record data entry in required spreadsheets. -Receives label inventory (review/verify information; data input). -Reconciles label inventory sheets. -Ensures required approved forms are available in vestibules for packaging personnel use. -Performs quality duties as assigned. Auto Claims Adjuster Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Identification and investigation of fraudulent claim activity. 2. Utilized web based sources and coordinate with local agencies.... 3. Obtain recorded statements, photos, videos & other means to determine fraud. 4. Reports fraudulent claims to the Department of Insurance 5. Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and district attorneys 6. Coordinate activities surrounding prosecution and recovery of monies paid 7. Handles newly assigned and existing files to their conclusion. 8. Responsible for all aspects of handling claims on injury and non-injury files. 9. Confirms and determines coverage and investigates all coverage issues. 10. Investigates and determines liability. 11. Evaluate bodily injury, BI, MP and UM claims. 12. Negotiates settlements within authority. 13. Directs independent appraisers, investigators and defense counsel on cases assigned. 14. Reviews all files thoroughly for proper claims handling through regular use on diary. 15. Duties may also include any reasonable company related assignments as directed by management. 16. Conducts files work as requested by management. 17. Perform collections and subrogation duties. 18. Perform other duties as assigned by the Claims Supervisor/Manager/COO. Education and/or Experience: 2-4 years prior claims experience. Prior SIU experience is a benefit. Must be highly motivated, results based individual comfortable in high pressure environments. Candidate must possess extraordinary communication skills and the ability to clearly express ideas to both senior level management and law enforcement agencies alike. Knowledge of tort and state laws preferred. Technical/Language/Mathematical Skills: A minimum alpha/numeric data entry speed of 8,000 KSPH required. Bi-lingual Spanish is big plus. Reasoning Ability: Perform duties within acceptable time and quality standards as set by the company. Have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
