Anyone looking for an affordable home in La Costa? This is a must see this weekend. Open House is on Sunday (2/24/19) from 1-4PM. Bring a friend, bring a family member, but most important, bring a buyer.

Mortgage Rates are predicted to top out at 5.8% before starting an eventual decline back down due to recessionary pressures. Housing to remain fairly stable. There, now you don't have to read the article. :)
