A message from the owner, Denise Wood Many of you reading this have been with Advanced Allergy Solutions on our journey as a small business in San Francisco, as our patients or as family and friends. We have been making it work for almost 9 years in a city that has changed in beautiful but often challenging ways. We have realized, however, that we need to change how we run the clinic to be able to stay open and continue offering our allergy services. So, it is time for us to... make some changes! At the end of September we will be moving from our current office on Fulton Street to an acupuncture clinic less than a mile away at Geary and Webster. One of my favorite things about our new location is that it has PARKING! Our last day of appointments at our current location will be September 21st. Please stay tuned for an announcement about our starting date at the new space. It has been a very hard decision to make but part of being able to keep the clinic open will be downsizing. This means that our allergy treatment schedule will be more limited than what we've offered in the past. We are still figuring out details, but you can expect more information soon as we work toward a seamless transition for you and your allergy relief needs! My story: Many of you know that for the years Advanced Allergy Solutions has been open I have lived a double life, spending half my week in San Francisco and a long weekend at home in the greater Tahoe area. The John Muir saying "the mountains are calling and I must go" couldn't be more true for me, and it is time for me to dedicate more of my time to growing my private naturopathic practice in Truckee. I have loved this clinic, my amazing staff and, of course--the reason I do this!--you and your families, our wonderful patients. It has been the deepest honor to offer this safe and effective allergy approach. I can't thank you enough for showing up and wanting to feel better, stepping outside the box and being open to this weird and wonderful treatment! Pollen Count from Trees, Grass and Weeds and also Mold Spores. If you like systems that count pollen and spores check out this website. Just realize that the locations they are counting are few and far between so it may not be accurate for your location. The closest location to the bay area is Pleasanton. Highest counts were for Tree and Grass Pollens and Mold Spores were moderate.
