Finally- after almost two years fighting felony counts, we were able to plead not guilty with full dismissal granted for a wonderful client and his family in Rancho

Vindicating "NO BASIS" this week for our Marine Staff Sergeant falsely accused of domestic violence and a litany of "orders" violations. Malicious and self-interested authority leveraged the claims to prevent my Client from speaking to his three children for four months, despite a State order granting him full custody. This case involved illegal orders, manipulated evidence, and abuse of the system to target him. My client simply had to accept it for over a year as they "investigated" and added charges. Certain they had created enough "evidence" to stack the deck, they thought this would be a mere formality. Another message sent- and now time for the real accountability to come.

General Court-Martial Dismissal and BOI No Basis. Heading home after a big win late last night for a Marine Corps Major charged with Assault Consummated by a Battery, Assault, Indecent Exposure, Unauthorized Absence, Drunk and Disorderly Conduct, and Fraternization, to name a few. It’s been a long battle from court-martial at Camp Pendleton to Board of Inquiry at Quantico, Virginia. Finally over after two huge wins.

CASE DISMISSED...finally for our Marine Sergeant at a General Court-Martial on NINE different false Sexual Assault charges. It took a year of motions, uncovering medical records, and confronting the accuser with false statements under oath on the stand. Once our defense was overwhelming, the case had to be dismissed. Undeterred, the Government came back months later with an attempt to Administratively Separate our guy. Late yesterday, that panel saw through the lie and came back with a NO BASIS. I'll be first in line for his long-delayed promotion ceremony to Staff Sergeant.

well-deserved RETENTION for our Marine Major/Test Pilot at a Board of Inquiry this week in Quantico!

Our CH-53 pilot was charged with various allegations stemming from a 2019 deployment to Kuwait. By the end of the Board of Inquiry, the "Investigation" had lost all credibility. End result: RETENTION for our Captain!

After three days on the record, a hard fought win for a Marine Lieutenant Colonel and former Squadron Commanding Officer at his Board of Inquiry. Retained and can now retire Honorably at his current rank!

Life-changing dismissal of criminal charges today for our Army Soldier facing deportation. Our client had been absent for 10 years after a family tragedy forced him to return home during a deployment R&R period. Upon being picked up on a warrant, his residency status was such that an AWOL/Deserter felony conviction or a negative discharge from the Army would be devastating. After assembling a package that told the full story of this Soldier and his own hard work since his return to Ft. Hood, his case is now dismissed, to be handled via administrative "summary" court-martial, after which he will now be able to complete his current enlistment en route to an Honorable Discharge. Most importantly for his family, he can now renew his U.S. citizenship status without a criminal record or Bad Conduct Discharge.

First (and hopefully last) masked contested hearing. "No Basis" for our IMEF CWO4 client facing drug allegations at a Marine Board of Inquiry at Camp Pendleton. Great result, right result, and Honorable Retirement still intact!

Another "No Basis" in an Administrative Separation Board for a Marine Lance Corporal at Camp Pendleton. The Charge was the new Article 117a offense. PSA: Despite passing Congress, Trump hasn't signed that into Part IV of the UCMJ, prescribed elements, or set max punishments yet. Realize that before you take NJP and sign your career away on the *new* UCMJ Article117(a) or 128(b) DV amendments.

Rolling into the Christmas Holiday with a "No Basis" (not guilty) for a Counter-Intelligence/HUMINT Marine Staff Sergeant at his Administrative Separation Board at Camp Pendleton, CA. We have been fighting both the allegations of assault and his Battalion Commander's abuse of the process since May 2018. The BC is finally gone, and our guy will be deploying as a team leader in May 2020.

In New Orleans celebrating another No Basis/Not Guilty for a Marine Captain falsely accused of Sexual Assault. Even after we got the case dismissed at Court-Martial, they sent the case to a Board of Inquiry. This saga is finally over!
