Coke: Drink it or Hack it?

There's Nothing Glamorous about Suicide. There's nothing glamorous about holding your child in your arms as they take their last breath. There's nothing glamor...ous about knowing you were in the other room when your child made that decision to end their life. There's nothing glamorous about being covered in blood, cuts on your hands, knees and feet from the broken glass as the EMT's take your child away on the stretcher. There's nothing glamorous about being questioned by the police wondering if you're going to jail because the firearm that you had locked up, was the gun used that killed your child. There's nothing glamorous about getting a bill for $65K 12 hours after your child was admitted into the hospital. There's nothing glamorous about sitting in the hospital for 4 days while they declare your child brain dead and begin testing of his organs for donation. There's nothing glamorous about making funeral arrangements for your child who was supposed to outlive you. There's nothing glamorous about people talking behind your back and blaming you for what has happened. There's nothing glamorous about having to remain strong just so you can get through your day. There's nothing glamorous about looking your other child in the face and seeing their pain of losing their only sibling. There's nothing glamorous about being asked everyday "How are you" There's nothing glamorous about looking around and every little thing reminds you of your child. There's nothing glamorous about crying several times a day wondering where you went wrong that your own child didn't feel they could have come to you with their problems. There's nothing glamorous about a broken heart that has been shattered into a million pieces and then placed in a blender. Because once in that blender, it feels that there is no way your heart will ever heal from the pain of losing your child.
