With the current California stay at home order, the City of Barstow offices will remain physically closed to the public until further notice. ***All services w...ill remain available and staff can be reached remotely via phone or email during normal business hours Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.*** There is no interruption to Fire or Police services. For trash services, if you had a payment due December 31, we will extend the deadline until January 7 with no late fee. We will accommodate cash payments at the front door of City Hall, but you will not be allowed to enter the building.
