A Yoga A Day 10.10.2021

There are many good reasons to practice pranayama, breathing exercises: different techniques help us to expand the lung capasity, to remove toxins from the body..., improving the functioning of the digestive system, to balance the mind and either energize or relax the body, depending on technique. Our morning pranayama practice at DYZC includes Bhastrika, Kabalabhati, shitali, three part breathing and Nadi Shodana. Which pranayama do you practice? #dyzc #doronyoga

I believe in yoga as a powerful tool that can improve wellness and mindfulness. I am looking forward to bringing this tool to you, whether in the middle of your work day at your work place or by taking you out in nature on your weekend. Let me know if your organization has room for "a yoga a day," and stay tuned for some yoga in the park!
