A World of Peace Day Camp and Afterschool Program

A World of Peace Summer Camp has been featured as one of the affordable camps in the Bay Area... Check it out!

Camp starts when everyone joins in singing at the community circle. Then campers enjoy alternating times for specialty classes such as: arts and crafts, drama, music, sports, woodworking, and capoiera. At the end of the day, campers will join together again to share a little about what they've learned, sing, and say goodbye. All campers look forward to the weekly field trips, which include Santa Cruz Board Walk, Raging Waters, Fruit Picking and Swimming once a week at Lake A...nza. Destinations are chosen with consideration for younger campers. We use chartered buses or BART. Some trips have return times after 3:00 p.m. More information about the camp and field trips will be mailed to enrollees before camp begins. Camp will be centered in Berkeley, with most activities held at Codornices Park in Berkeley There are 4 - 2 weeks sessions SESSION 1: June 22 - July 3 (no camp July 4) SESSION 2: July 6 - 17 SESSION 3: July 20 - July 31 SESSION 4: August 3 - 14
