Thanks for your Rellenong Bangus and Pampanga Longganisa orders, Malou Amor. I especially appreciate your help.
Tonight, I baked a wheatbread Granny Smith apple pudding using a recipe I saw on "The Chew". I used Splenda, not sugar, to sweeten it. I also added cinnamon powder, egg and milk. The result is pretty good for a first try.
I cooked beef ribs caldereta using a Dutch oven. It took almost 2 hours to complete the cooking process. #CulinaryAdventures #FilipinoCuisine #ComfortFoods
We are very happy to share that A Filipino Kitchen is busy preparing several orders of our famous Rellenong Bangus and Rellenong Manok. We are very thankful to Mr. and Mrs. Alvin and Marcie Reyes, who continue to patronize us and for helping me market them to their friends. I would also like to share that a good friend, Iris Kwon, a fellow foodie, had recently joined the bandwagon and had commisioned me to cater a small party at her workplace last week. In addition, she also has ordered several of my offerings, including Dinuguan, Kare Kare, and Rellenong Manok and Bangus for her family's holiday dinner. Many thanks also to the following Facebook friends: Grace Pinon, Chris Lawrence, Ed Rame and others for supporting A Filipino Kitchen in the past and during this holiday season. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, everyone.
Please scroll down to find out how much I price these goodies. There is still ample time to order these Filipino classic favorites for you holiday dinners. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, FB friends!
When you scroll down this post, you'll read how much my other offerings are priced. Send me an email, a PM or a comment on this timeline. There is still enough time to order these goodies for your holiday dinners. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, FB friends! My new cell phone number is 818 220 4009. Thanks.
Mackerel, slow-cooked for 9 hours in olive oil, with carrot slices, sweet pickles, bay leaves and black pepper.
A happy customer wrote about my food. Thank you, Lilia and Diony Grava.
My first attempt to cook Rellenong Manok is successful and delicious. Preparation and cooking time, including deboning, is almost three hours. #SpecialStuffedChicken #AvailableForOrdersNow
