Well...no one said it was going to be easy! End of week 3 and my numbers all went sideways... :( Let me explain...... Team12, you recall me talking about the "PERSPECTIVE MEAL"?! Well...all week...I was on point. Food Prep...and execution of eating pattern...on point. Last night we did a Team Dinner with our team that is town from Texas and we decided to have a little Mexican Food. All was good...no drinking...ordered a clean item off the menu...but then...the Chips n Salsa arrived. I stayed strong for about 20 minutes and didn't have any...! I then thought to myself..."Hmmm...this could be my "Perspective Meal" "I wonder if it will have any effect on my weeks performance?" Well...here's your answer below. 1.5lb increase in Body Fat Mass from last week. I'll bet $100 it was all from last night...LOL. Point being...this meal has given me some great PERSPECTIVE! A week's worth of effort smashed by one bad meal. NOW...will my body rebound? OF course! This little blip on the Body Fat Test...actually motivated me to train even harder today. I will use this as the mental fuel i need to stay hyper-focused moving forward. DO ME A FAVOR...PLEASE SHARE WITH THE GROUP HERE...What Challenges have you faced over this past week...that you have OVERCOME or NOT OVERCOME. Be open about it. We all need to know that everyone is struggling and that everyone has difficult choices to make. GOD BLESS and have a great weekend ya'll ;),

Don’t mind me. Just enjoying some breakfast in bed on this beautiful Friday morning! What’s your fav hot sauce to put on egg whites?! Or are you a ‘Plain Jane’ kind of person. Happy Friday guys! My first week is done and I’m doing my In Body this afternoon. I’m a little nervous. Anyone else feel this way?!

Okay guys. Aves here! Hi! Just deciding to pop on and say....today was a TOUGH ONE!! My roommate is famous for making Mac & Cheese (Yes, like the Kraft little kid kind) (Yes, we are full adults that still eat like this on random Wednesday nights because that's what adults do right?) Anyways, He puts all kinds of spices in it, and doctors it up and adds extra cheese, and sausage and it's a whole thing. It is SO good. Like my mouth is watering thinking about it. We make it, ea...t it, watch some bad reality TV show and unwind from our day. (Also wine is normally involved) And tonight....I had to SAY NO TO THE MAC & CHEESE. (oh and he also made chocolate chip cookies, which I later had to say no to and that was also a complete tragedy!) So, I am just here to say, that I made it through the tough part of tonight because of YOU GUYS! I knew you would be like "Hey, girl, you don't need that M&C tonight! Back away from the fork right freaking now!!!" So thanks!! :) Tomorrow is a new day....and hopefully there will be no Mac & Cheese there!

We out here fam! Avery again! Meal prep for the week is done. I still don’t totally feel like I know what I’m doing, but here we are. Meals took me about 1.5 hours to put together tonight. How long does it take everyone else? Do you prep all 3 meals, or just lunch and dinner? ... Any other helpful hints I should know?! Send help!
