Dear Patient, As a valued member of our Citrus Valley Medical Associates patient community, we appreciate the trust you place in us and want to inform you on the up and coming changes occurring at your providers’ offices. Since the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, we have quickly implemented the use of Telehealth services, while keeping our doors, open so that we may continue to treat our patients and be available to address your healthcare needs. Our highest priority was, an...d remains to be, the safety of our patients and staff while optimizing access under the present guidelines. Starting May 4, 2020, our providers will be expanding access for office visits. We will be open for all routine appointments and procedures. The exception will be for those who are experiencing any symptoms including fever, cough or shortness of breath and for high-risk patients (older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions). We will continue to treat these conditions and individuals via Telehealth services. In terms of specialty services, Cardiology and Gastroenterology will also resume expanded outpatient access, which includes in office and televisits on May 4. Please rest assured that every office is adhering to recommended guidance from public health authorities, including best practices for hygiene, infection control and social distancing. Dear Patients, We now have a Coronavirus hotline for our patients to call if they are experiencing any symptoms including fever, cough or shortness of breath. The number is: 951-256-3795... The hours of operation will be Monday Thursday from 8:00am 4:30pm. Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm When you call our hotline, you will be able to speak to one of our healthcare providers. Also, we are now offering TeleVisits to minimize our patient’s exposure to the CoronaVirus. You can now schedule a TeleVisit with all our Primary Care Providers through our Scheduling Department. Until we can get through this crisis, we are rescheduling all well visits (ie: Annual Health Assessments, Annual Well Exams, Well Child Visits, etc).
