A reminder about this great neighborhood that just keeps getting better! Last season’s NCAA story arc on HBO series: Ballers https://www.hbo.com/ballers/season-4 - was partially filmed at a beautifully remodeled home across the street from ours. The neighborhood sees both retro and modern projects frequently, keeping film production in LA, which both contributes to the local economy and showcases our beautiful Lower Ladera Heights community!
