Warning, long post! . What a year! . .... Am I right?! As I look back and reflect on this unprecedented year, I honestly am amazed and honored to be part of the East Bay Realtor community. As Covid hit, we came together, pivoted quickly, and were able to serve our clients in new and imaginative ways. . . To all my buyers and sellers this year, thank you for your hard work, patience and understanding as we navigated this new world together. And we did pretty great, huh? . . My Year in Review: 20 Homes sold! 11 seller representations 9 buyer representations $1.5m average sale price Many new friendships made Lots and lots of hard work from my vendors Too many zooms to count! . . As successful as this year felt, there are many people hurting.
