People want to be seen, heard, and understood. Seen: Can we understand where people are physically, emotionally, spiritually?... Heard: Can we listen effectively to their current state? Understood: Can we really understand the totality of their current experience? Ultimately, this is our opportunity to show our people, that we're here for them. It’s our job to understand the emotional and physical constraints of the people we are seeking to serve and provide new solutions that propel them forward. No one knows what’s ahead, which can be daunting to most, but this is why we do the work. We were built for times like this.
