Great advice from a veteran bike mechanic. "Think of your bike chain as a disposable part. Just like your underwear, your chain gets stretched and dirty and th...en you replace it." " You don't take stretched and dirty underwear to a taylor and ask them to fix it" "A tune up can only happen after replacing the worn out parts and cleaning the bike. Then the adjustments (tune up) Can be done to have your bike running as it was designed to run."

This brotha' has been working on this for a long time he has earned it and it's up to Community to help to manifest a Greater good that is destined to bring Vibrant Wellness his to his community. This is part of a movement to create a new economy and safe places for our communities to grow teach our children and take care of our elders. It comes during a time where the country is on edge because It's leaders don't beleave climate change is an issue, racism is an issue, econo...my is an issue caused by a deliberate climate of inequity established and maintained by people who devalue our communities and exploit people of color globally. It is time for us to build our communities around hyper local institutions that care about mobility food and economic justice. Shawn and I first talked about this on June 30, 2012. Let's get his project financed!
