Soul Reflection: Challenge for the mind: I heard it said that "People are not the problem, the problem is the problem." When you find you have a conflict with someone try this one thing. Take a deep breath, set aside the need to be right or prove a point as challenging as this might be. See if you can identify the problem together, and resolve it together and see what happens to the conflict when you take attention off of one another and place the attention on finding a solution for the problem. Could this be "soulution?"
