This is for everyone who has had their lives grind to a halt because of the pandemic; to those who lost their jobs, are furloughed, are working limited hours; to those who are struggling to make ends meet and wondering when their lives can pick back up again; Everyone who works in the medical field, who is risking their lives and working overtime in a busy and bleak environment; nurses, doctors, physicians, and everyone else taking care of people whose lives are at risk becau...se of COVID-19; Everyone who lost loved ones due to COVID, the ones who ended up debilitated for weeks due to COVID, and the victims whose health will be forevermore impacted by COVID; Everyone who has put off weddings, family reunions, and even simply meeting with a friend for a beer and the game; people who are constantly in fear of exposing an at-risk relative or loved one; everyone who has had to make do with Zoom meetings as the social pinnacle of the week; parents who haven't been able to send their children to school to continue their education (and get a few hours of peace and quiet); And everyone who owns and is employed by small business and wonder about their future livelihood. As owners of a small, local business, we have had to make all the adjustments, pivot, pivot, pivot, get creative, change protocol, and spend thousands of dollars on patios, heaters, and all else, all the while considering the safety of our customers, employees, and loved ones amidst political clamor surrounding this pandemic. Democrats & Republicans, White & Black, male & female, parents & children, Laker fans & Clipper fans alike, I think we can all share the sentiment. This was the sincere and honest emotion we felt when we decided to make these shirts, hoodies, hats, and beanies. This Italian themed dinner includes Chianti Braised Shortribs, Truffle Mushroom Risotto, Pancetta Brussel Sprouts, Heirloom Tomato and Burrata Caprese, and Pork & Beef Meatballs in a Tuscan Tomato Sauce. We have made the decision to close 25 Degrees over the next few days to have our entire staff tested for COVID-19. Though the potential point of contact was and is still asymptomatic, they tested positive, and we want to ensure that our staff is safe and all our guests who have supported us throughout this entire rollercoaster of a year are safe as well. In light of the pandemic, we have recently taught our staff the basics on how COVID-19 spreads, proper practice on how to m...ake our dining space and work environment as safe as possible for everyone in it, proper use of safety equipment, and proper cleaning & sanitizing. When we open back up, we want our staff to be able to utilize this information without compromising the standard of service and quality all of you expect of us. After a short delay we are back into the groove with our roatating dinner sets!!! This time we are taking a trip south of the border with our Mexican style dinner set for 2 or 4 people. We start with a coastal Civeche of Mahi Mahi, Octopus, and Shrimp with Avocado, Grapefruit and fresh made Chips. Next is our Pozole Rojo with Pork, Hominy, Cabbage, Radish and Lime. For our Entree we prepared a slow braised Chile Verde Pork Shank with Queso Fresco, and Pico De Gallo which comes with Spanish Rice, Frijoles Charros, and Elote syle Corn on the Cob. All this paired up with our house made Paloma made with El Jimador, Agave, Grapefruit, and lime. You can call in this meal to take home or even enjoy it here in the restaurant with us. ¡SALUD!
