Good Article by Keeping Current Matters. Bottom line is that every city is different so you can't just take a national view. Not only is every city different, parts of many cities can be much different than the overall city. Here are a couple of examples as of today: Moreno Valley has a 2.3 month supply: San Jacinto has a 4.4 month supply: Riverside has a 3.4 month supply: Murrieta has a 3.2 month supply and Temecula has a 4 month supply. Still a ways to go to get to a neutral inventory.

Seeing the same thing. With interest rates projected to go up in 2019, I would think buyers that do currently qualify would be putting in offers all over the place...:)
