if this was a normal market our Real Estate Prices would be rising at a 10 to 20 percent annual rate. But because banks are morons, that's not happening. Buy now, because it's going to change and it will be fast when it happens.....

The inventory of homes for sale vs the pending sales currently in the Sacramento area would normally make it a seller's market. I'm thinking that the turn around to a seller's market is real close to happening. stay tuned. The market we are in currently hasn't happened in modern history.

In February 2011 we had over 2000 more active listings in Sacramento County than we have this year. 25% less listings this year... hmmmmmm

Preforclosed, currently being forclosed, and bank owned properties in Sacramento county are down apprx. 35% since their peak in December 2009.
