It's #FIRMFriday! For this week's feature, we'd like to highlight our FIRM Family Literacy Center and the team of caring staff that makes it all happen! Our Family Literacy Program is designed for children (ages 0-5) and parents and focuses on literacy activities and play that benefits early childhood learning and development. The FIRM Family Literacy Center has been temporarily closed for the safety of our little ones. However, Ms.Chong, Ms.Xee along with Ms.Fatima are stil...l hard at work with FB LIVE book readings and frequent ZOOM check-in sessions. The program has also been sending families fun and educational arts and crafts packages every 2 weeks. Now, for a word from Ms. Chong, FIRM's Family Literacy Center Director: "Thank you to the parents for being so supportive of their child's education in helping them do their arts and crafts and for taking the time to send us these awesome pictures. It's the children's love and passion for learning and for their arts and crafts projects that makes our job rewarding!"
