A good laugh is definitely what the doctor ordered this morning! If you’re getting a little stir crazy after a couple weeks indoors watching Netflix, exercise is likely exactly what your body needs. Throw on your walking shoes, pull out your earbuds, and listen to your favorite podcast while taking a brisk walk. The change of scenery and movement will help get your blood pumping and your mind moving! Plus, you’ll feel reenergized when you get back home.... Stay healthy, keep yourself at a safe distance, and stay motivated, everyone! We’re almost there!

Honoring heroes is something we don’t take lightly around here, and this gentleman is certainly one of them. César Chavez was a true American hero who fought for social justice and respect for human dignity. Through his efforts, farm workers' treatment, pay, and working conditions were significantly changed for the better. We hope you take the day to celebrate and honor this upstanding human! Happy César Chávez Day, everyone!
