I would like to introduce the newest member of Evolution Quarter Horses! Everyone meet our daughter June Caroline Cadigan!... She was born on the 13th of October at 8:09am, weighing 7lbs 2oz with a height of 19inches. I can’t wait for her to grow up around horses, hopefully she will be a great horseman and help with the livestock evacs when she’s older.

Still plenty of animals coming out of the SQF Complex fire and some out of the creek fire Also some animals are being returned for the creek fire in areas where they have lifted the evac orders and warnings. We have a few transporters still taking 20+ head back a day, that’s 5 trips with a 4 horse trailer, and even more with only 3 horse trailers. ... Most donations needed right now is fuel for our rigs that are averaging 9mpg. (Diesel Dually) If you’d like you can leave a donation at longhorn feed for fuel and you can write Evolution Quarter Horses on it or you can donate through the go fund me. Thank you again to our awesome community for all your support!!! Go fund me link: https://www.gofundme.com/f/california-wildfire-livestock-ev

We were able to return 22 horses, 2 donkeys, 6 pairs, 2 mini horses and 8 goats home today with 1 rig. There’s also other folks helping transport as well so I’m sure the numbers are much higher. Theres still lots of livestock that need to go home since the evacuations have lifted in some areas. ... I know the hard working folks at Double S Horse Ranch still have a lot of animals who are not cleared to go home yet, and those folks have been working hard to make sure all livestock looks the same as they did when they arrived. Alex and Derrick, the owners have been a blessing to work this fire with. I can’t say enough good things about them. If your evacuation order has been lifted and you’re ready for your animals to come home, please call us and we can schedule a time to deliver them. Doesn’t matter if they’re at the fairgrounds, Reedley college, Double S, or anywhere else in the Central Valley. If you need fence repairs due to the fire, please message the page directly and we will schedule a time to come build or repair your fence so your livestock have a safe place to return to. A few pics of our favorite travelers today! Blake: 831-747-5037

PLEASE SHARE SO THESE ANIMALS CAN RETURN HOME! If we transported your horse or any livestock to Fresno fairgrounds, Reedley College, Fresno State, or Double S horse ranch and your evacuation order or warning has been lifted, please notify us so we can schedule a time to bring them back to you. If you were effected by the fire and have nowhere to keep them, please let us know so we can find them long term temporary housing. ... Please call 831-747-5037 If you’re local and would like to help us on the fencing projects for those effected by the Creek Fire, please message us directly or call 831-747-5037 This is all volunteer. Great for scouts to get community service hours and badges. Also good for FFA and 4H student to achieve their community service hours. If you don’t know how to build barbed wire fence and would like to learn, please come join us. We have over 3 miles of fence to build as of now, and more to come as folks head home to find down fences where their livestock live. We have all the t-posts, pounders, and a few pallets of wire ready to be put in the ground and stretched! If you would like to donate to help feed these animals, fuel these rigs, or help buy fencing material for those affected by the fire you can donate to the go fund me. https://www.gofundme.com/f/california-wildfire-livestock-ev Kristie at Longhorn feed in clovis also has an account setup where you can donate and just leave Evolution Quarter Horses on it or you can buy the feed and material from her there and we can pick it up and use it. Thank you again to all the volunteers and donators. Also thanks to the community for coming together and helping one another. #CreekFire #MountainStrong

With all the stress and awful fires going on, I was finally able to do something I’ve been wanting to do... Grace hasn’t felt too good since the baby is almost here so I told her it would be fun to take 9 month pregnancy photos before our daughter arrives... Little did she know she was going to be asked to be my wife....... She said yes! I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with this beautiful woman. She’s truly been my best friend for the last 10 years. We’ve always talked about having our own facility, showing nice horses, owning a home, and going on adventures. Everything we’ve talked about is finally happening and now she gets to have the wedding she’s always wanted, and I’m so fortunate to be able to be her future husband. The love and passion I have for her is like no other. Here’s to the rest of our lives, our future, and our daughter. I love you Grace Angelos

Please share With all the fences down (no climb, barbed, smooth) for the folks effected directly with this fire please message us. We have some hardworking men and women and we will be fixing and installing new fence so that when your livestock return home, it’s as if the fence was never down. ... We use quality t-posts, and quality wire. This again, is another free service that we provide. Our fence builders are all volunteer and most them do this on their day jobs. People often don’t think about the fences coming down in a fire, but if they needed to make a dozer line, or your fence was nailed to a tree and it burned down, then there goes your fence. Again please message us directly or shoot me a txt at 831-747-5037 and after your evacuation order has been lifted we will come in with a few hands and rebuild your fence.

SQF Complex Fire evacuations We’ve teamed up with a good friend of ours to handle the evacuations in the Tulare county area to handle the livestock evacuations. Cheyenne Hattesen of CH Performance Horses and our mutual friend Hannah Simpson will be in porterville, woodlake, and three rivers evacuations livestock from the SQF Complex Fire.... Both women are just as handy as any man and they both know livestock very well. Don’t hesitate to call them. If you’re preparing to evacuate please have halters and lead ropes on horses. Please have cattle put into pens. We should be able to load and go, so we can get to the next evacuation call. If your animal takes a special diet, takes meds, please inform our team members and they will be sure every animal is treated as it normally would at home. Please do not call them for Creek Fire evacuations as we’re trying to get calls organized. If you need livestock evacuated from the SQF Complex Fire please call: Cheyenne: 559-577-6199 Hannah: 530-394-4291

Like we said before our rigs are being pushed to their limits. So our dodge ended up needing a tow. WE ARE EMPTY WITH NO ANIMALS ON BOARD Thank you to Mathew Means of Sierra towing for being quick to get to me, headed to the shop and we will be back on the road hopefully today. ... We still have multiple rigs working both the Creek Fire and the SQF complex fire, ready to meet your evacuation needs. Again we provide a free professional service.

A couple of pets that one of the owners Grace Angelos and her good friend Jordan Miles have taken in at our facility. When we bought this property we didn’t know what to do with this very large aviary that came with it. It’s a good thing we decided to keep it! The ducks and chickens seem to be comfy and they’re loving their clean pens and fresh pools of water. ... Good job Grace and jordan! #CreekFire

Well we finally have a little containment, 9%. You’d be surprised how many animals and livestock are still coming out of the black and property on fire still. Today was pretty busy, we found 5 properties with cattle, horses, dogs, cats, chickens, goats, etc. ... Still lots of livestock to be rescued. It’s truly amazing how smart these animals are. Every time we found the cattle they were in the one little area it didn’t burn. You’d think they’d be scared and run off but apparently not. We also didn’t find any livestock with any injuries, which is incredible because of how strong and fast this fire came through. The pickup and trailer have seen better days. These narrow mountain roads have taken a toll on our evac trailer. Good thing it’s mostly cosmetic. We will back at it again tomorrow and as always we’re on call 24/7 for emergency evacs. Thank you all again for the donations, and remember to thank all the folks helping to get this fire under control. If you need livestock hauled out call me Blake Cadigan: 831-747-5037 If you need cattle only with a head count of 30 or more call Danny Ewing: 559-284-9252 Aaron Sebastian: 559-593-9428 Ps: Danny and his crew have been hauling cattle out with a bunch of local cowboys and other livestock haulers. They’ve been going into the black around Lake Edison and Huntington. Show them some love

As new evacuation warnings pop up today, please be prepared! Have cattle already rounded up and in catch pens or an arena if that’s all you have. Have horses with halters on and tied up ready to load. If they don’t tie then put the halters on.... We do not charge for this. This is 100% free. Let’s just get these animals out. Call me for any livestock evacuation from the creek fire on the Fresno county side in warning areas 831-747-5037
