COVID-19 continues to be on our mind but don’t forget that flu season is here too. Ventura County, Health Care Agency, has free Community Flu Clinics available. Locations for free flu shots is available on our website.
In April, the Wellness Center implemented The Wellness Line a brand new program available to ANYONE in our community and has already helped over 170 individuals. These one-on-one phone interactions include mini-crisis plans, and mini-Wellness Recovery Action Plans designed to help people manage their symptoms while isolated and after, and have proven to be VITAL to those who have reached out. This program is free and available to anyone in our community. Simply call (805) 653-5045 you do not have to endure these hardships alone.

#2020Census #venturacounty #californiacensus
Today his an excellent day to see the botanic gardens. The Mayo Clinic says: The links between depression, anxiety and exercise aren't entirely clear but working out and other forms of physical activity can definitely ease symptoms of depression or anxiety and make you feel better. Exercise may also help keep depression and anxiety from coming back once you're feeling better. Who doesn’t need more endorphins?
Thank you to #DonatePPE.org for your donation of gloves to Turning Point’s 11 program locations so we can provide the proper cleaning protocols and protect our staff and program members!
Keep an eye out for our plants next time you’re on Santa Clara 1/2 mile North of the 101!
Today is the last day of the 2020 census. Make sure you get counted so that Ventura County receives all the support our citizens need. https://2020census.gov/

Some fun, fantastic succulents for your Friday. Have a great weekend!
Cats at the nursery? YES - a great way to control unwanted rabbit/squirrel/mouse/rat visitors. We’re also rehoming feral cats from Ventura County.
