Happy Halloween from 101 Boxing!

Hey 101 Boxing Club fans. Starting next week (8/10) we are adding an evening class to our parking lot workouts. Monday-Thursday classes will be at 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 pm. Two classes on Friday 4:30 and 5:30. Sign up for a class on our website and work off the Covid blues. See you all there!

Coaches Cathy and Michelle are teaming up to bring you a new parking lot workout Monday mornings at 8:30 am. First class is Monday July 27th. Class combines strength training using resistance bands and cardio conditioning in the form of agility, boxing and kickboxing drills. Sign up for class at www.101boxingclub.com or through the MindBody app. Drop in rate for non members is $15. We'll provide the coaches, music and resistance bands.... Please bring a yoga mat, plenty of water and sunscreen, as class meets in the 101 Boxing Club parking lot. Gloves and wraps not required.

Morning Cardio Kickboxing in the 101 Boxing Club parking lot at 8:30 am starting Wednesday July 22nd! Have fun torching calories with this drenched high intensity cardio workout that focuses on kickboxing moves. We'll provide great music and the fabulous Coach Michelle. You bring water, a yoga mat and a positive attitude. Reduced drop in rate of $15 for non-members after the initial pilot class. Sign up with the MIndBody app or email us at [email protected]

The state of California prohibits indoor gym workouts, so we are taking the club outside into the parking lot! Heavy bags, arriving in the next few days, will be set up outside in parking spaces. Check the website for a current schedule.
