Hello everyone! I know that 1the majority of us are told to stay at home to assist in getting the Covert 19 Virus . Please follow you state and the government guidelines for limiting you travel and social contact. To all of my Dare to be Fit members:: Everyone should continue do maintenance workouts at home until we are operating at the Studio again. Most of you ishould already have copies of the exercises for the bands and bodyweight workouts. I'm always available to answer any questions you may have. I'm training at home myself because I have another complete training area there for my wife and I private training . website
