In addlotion of Friday March13 Judging seminar, on Sunday 10:30am March 15 we are goimg to have" Koi Talk" we are going to use live koi to compare the quality of BODY, SHIROJI, SUMI, BENI, PATTER AND COMPLETION(finished) In koi hobby, no one know every things and there is no expert, no graduation. I have been asked by the ZNA SoCal Koi Show chairman to put the word out that small Koi entries are needed for our Koi show. Also there will be special awards for first time Novice entries.

UPDATE: ZNA SoCal Judges Seminar (Not free :-( for public, miscommunication) "We have received permission to make the ZNA judging seminar available to the public. If you ever wondered why certain koi win shows and how to select the highest quality koi for your pond, this is the seminar for you. Our trainers are Mr. Masahiro Ueda, Certified Judge/Kinki District Chairman/ZNA Director and Mr. Akitsugo Tanaka, CJ/International Division Chief/ZNA Director. These esteemed gentleman are Certified Judge International Trainers, the authorities. We are so privileged to have them. It is unlikely that this level of koi knowledge will ever be available outside of Japan. Due to limited space, pre-registration and a $45 fee for non-zna judges is required. This is the same type of ZNA judging seminar given to all ZNA judges in Japan. Don’t miss out."
