Freeze dance is a fun way to get the whole family moving! Turn on some music, get dancing, and then everyone must freeze in their position when you turn it off. This can be a step toward the recommended 30 min of movement each day, most days each week. Follow Girls' New Puberty for more tips and visit zerobreastcancer.org/newpuberty for more information.

Anti-microbial, waterproofing and other similar treatments for clothing contain harmful chemicals. Toxic chemicals can also get onto clothes through dry cleaning. Avoid purchasing items with chemical treatments, and if you're getting your clothes professionally cleaned, look for "wet" cleaning.

Zero Breast Cancer is proud to have signed Tigerlily Foundation's Inclusion Pledge because we are committed to addressing institutional and interpersonal racism. Black women are more likely to get breast cancer younger, have more aggressive forms, and die from the disease, which is unacceptable. Joining the Pledge will help us to support and be more accountable to Black communities. We hope you will sign it and partner with them, too! https://www.tigerlilyfoundation.org/inclusionpledgeforblac/. #zerobreastcancer #inclusionpledge #socialjustice

As we get our homes cozy for the holiday season, remember that great-smelling candles can actually be toxic! The chemicals they contain cause indoor air pollution at a time when it's too cold to open the windows. Bring in some fresh garland, bake something yummy or boil some spices to spruce up the smell of your home safely. #zerobreastcancer #holidays #nontoxic
