We have lost a dear friend and valued colleague. Jay passed away yesterday, Dec. 9. He had been a valued member of our team for many years. Our hearts go out to Jay's sister Rowena Velasco and rest of the family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We will miss you Jay. May your soul rest in peace.
