Zenny Yoga

It has been a while, in what seems like the blink of an eye. New state, new job, new house, NEW BABY. I am 25 weeks tomorrow, growing this sweet little boy in my belly. ... Evolving along with these shifts is my practice, and I think my purpose, too. In the meantime I will continue to let it unfold, I know I am being shown the way #yoga #prenatalyoga

"The problem with the word patience," said Zen master Suzuki Roshi, "is that it implies we are waiting for something to get better, we are waiting for something good that will come. A more accurate word for this quality is 'constancy,' a capacity to be with what is true moment after moment..." In the deepest way it understands that what we seek is what we are, and it is always here. A Path With Heart, Jack Kornfield... This really spoke to me as I read this morning and I wondered if anyone else might benefit from seeing it today.
