Zenith designed a scaffold stair tower and its supports for a mega construction project near downtown Seattle, WA. Picture shows the stair tower and its support frame that connects to existing shoring members.

Zenith Engineers designed the soft story retrofit for a three story wood frame building located in Los Angeles. This is one of the 400 soft story retrofit projects Zenith is involved in. Before and after retrofit shots show the addition of two cantilevered columns as the method to retrofit this property. Project was approved by LADBS and construction was quick and easy. #losangeles #retrofit #engineering

Zenith recently completed the shoring design for the exterior concrete walls for a big mall expansion project located in San Francisco. This building has some ongoing renovation work where some of the concrete floor/roof slabs near the exterior walls are being demolished, which make the wall unsupported at the top. Thus, the wall needs to be shored at the top to resist wind load and out-of-plane seismic load. Zenith's scope of work includes providing lateral bracing to these exterior walls using Dayton Superior Braces. Also, some of the structural beams are being demolished for which Zenith designed Peri Shoring Towers.
