This beauty is our zigzag roll. The outside is soy paper. Inside is a mixture of soft shell crab, avocado, green onion and tobiko!

Mmm Hamachi Kama served with daikon and ponzu sauce. The crispiness mixed with the citrus notes of the ponzu sauce make it a wonderful appetizer!

Our OMG roll is a mouthwatering plate of goodness that starts with shrimp tempura and spicy tuna, then layered with more tuna, salmon and hamachi and topped off with tobiko, scallions and cilantro and then three different sauces. A must eat dish!
