A little late posting, but we were happy to help Habitat for Humanity put together a children's playhouse as a prize for the Visalia homeshow. We had to resist the urge to do calculations and instead used more screws than calculators on this one :).

Zeltmacher is pleased to announce an added service to our Industrial clients, CalARP Seismic Assessments! This service allows us to assist our clients in developing a new (or update an existing) Seismic Assessment Report for any Hazardous chemical being used on site. Most of our industrial clients use Ammonia for cooling purposes. California mandates that the system (mechanical components and piping) that handles this chemical be assessed by a Structural Engineer. Zeltmacher is pleased to present Holiday Inn Express Visalia, a 4-story, 91-key hotel located in Visalia, CA. Wood framing was used exclusively in both gravity and lateral systems to produce a structure that is both economical and sustainable.
