Zander's Game House

New D&D 5E Game at Zander's beginning July 1, 2021 at 7PM. Players with some experience and ability to prepare their character in advance preferred. RSVP in Comments or via Text to 805-377-0324. DM: Christopher Campbell The Adventure Begins!... Madness! The quiet hamlet of Helman’s Rest has been plunged into chaos! Over the course of several weeks, locals have reported missing crops and livestock, vandalized property, and, most recently, the disappearance of two younglings in the middle of the night. Helman’s Rest has never needed a constable or a sheriff; when everyone knows everyone, crime is extremely rare. And with what’s been happening in town recently goes far beyond petty crime; with two younglings missing, the town is in a frenzy. But with few resources and even fewer willing to investigate, Old Len, the town’s elder and sole librarian, has posted signs all over the county of Verbonc in hopes of attracting able-bodied locals and folk heroes from the region. All signs point to the Hushwood, a spooky forest said to be enchanted, beautiful, and treacherous. There are clues to be investigated, a trail of clues to uncover and follow, and missing children to be found. Please prepare your character in advance of our first session. All characters should be level 3, though you are more than welcome to play a lower level for an additional challenge. We will be using the 27-point-buy system out of the Player’s Handbook. The standard array (15, 14, 13, 12, 10, is also acceptable. You will begin with standard equipment according to your class and background. You may use any standard race, class, or background from the Player’s Handbook, Xanathar’s Guide to Everything, Mordenkainen’s Tome of Foes, and Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything. Come in and Play!
