It's the little things that count, right? Painting a high school gym is not the biggest, nor most exciting project we've ever put our stamp on, but the gym at Mira Mesa High School was long overdue. Due to a construction mix-up between two identical campuses being constructed at the same time, Mira Mesa High School ended up being painted the wrong colors! Finally, after almost 40 years of living with this mix-up, the gym got a fresh coat of paint and boy is it looking bright, clean and refreshed.
The elevator was installed today at the Press Box for the Mission Bay High School project. Cool video!
Here are some photos of the recently completed Gymnasium and Administration/Classroom Buildings we did for Sweetwater Unified School District. It was a design-build project that was delivered on time and within budget! Needless to say, the students and staff are THRILLED with their new facilities!
It seems like just yesterday we were breaking ground on this project and now it's time for the Grand Opening!
They started installing the parquet floor for the basketball court at the gym. It's going to be stunning.
Caisson's are being drilled for the Stadium Upgrade project at Mission Bay High School.
Work has begun installing the exhibits for "Coast to Cactus", the new permanent exhibit at the Natural History Museum in Balboa Park. The exhibit will open at ...the beginning of nextyear, but you can get a sneak preview through some openings the contractor made to appease the curious among us. Don't forget, "Pirates" is a short-term exhibit that will depart in September! See more
This 10' diameter artificial skylight was installed this week at the San Diego Natural History Museum in Balboa Park. It will be located in a new permanent exhibit opening next fall called "Coast to Cactus".

Be sure to check out the December issue of San Diego Home/Garden Lifestyles Magazine featuring the Chatten-Brown Residence. The clients wanted a total overhaul... to the outdated Bird-Rock, La Jolla home. They love their new open, bright, modern home with it's indoor-outdoor living and views of the ocean and the "Bird Rock". The clients also wanted the home to be sustainable by incorporating energy effecient measures, recycled and renewable materials, low irrigation landscaping, solar power. The home has achieved a LEED Platinum for Homes rating, the highest rating. We couldn't have asked for better clients to work for. See more
