The program had outgrown its legacy name and brand and needed to convey its broader mission of disaster preparation, relief, and recovery. The name Defy:Disaster and a sharp green logo express the unity, strength, and urgency of the program's efforts. Our rebrand of a favorite classic restaurant takes on a life of its own when it's in the form of a 6-foot tall sign (sideways here) about to grace Pacific Coast Highway

A few years ago we had the pleasure of working with the Los Angeles Conservancy on a total overhaul of their brand. The new Brand LAC became as diverse and multifaceted as its myriad historic and architectural interests throughout Los Angeles County. We recently made time to make this short video that tells a piece of the rebrand story.
