What do you do when the love of Jesus gets inside you? What can you do, but dance?!! One of our favorite things to do when on outreach in Africa is to join in the dance. Do you want to join in the dance? ... Do you have a call to join missions in Africa or another nation? We would love to introduce you to what it means to be a missionary. Walking through a YWAM Discipleship Training School (DTS) you will have the opportunity to spend three months growing and learning in a classroom style training. Then your team will have the opportunity to go on outreach into the nations. You will walk alongside seasoned missionaries and learn and grow from them. Testimony from our Local outreach team. During our local outreach ministry meeting! I was able to pray for a couple people in our group all for healing of there bodies in some way. There was knee pain in one person, extreme headaches in another, and another had allergies so bad his asthma was acting up and causing him to cough really bad! While we were out, I saw everyone of them at different points. They were saying wow the knee pain isn’t bad anymore, this morning I was ...expecting to wake up with headaches and I didn’t, and I was able to sleep last night all the way through the night my chest has cleared up almost all the way still a little ticklish but so much better!! Truth be told, I could be getting paid to do these things elsewhere, especially maintenance around the campus, but the reason I choose to volunteer here is because of the intentional focus this place and these people have in training and equipping young people into the fullness and destiny of their identity in Christ, not for their benefit alone, but to change the world by reaching the hearts and minds of those around them everywhere they go! -Josh from Illinois // current staff member Every member of our staff doesn’t get paid by YWAM, but instead raises their own financial partners and monthly donors. This morning we spent time together as a whole base interceding for this nation that God loves and cherishes. We asked God for His heart as we prayed for the young people, the churches, and the future of China. God put China on our hearts as one of our target nations over 20 years ago, and we still carry such a burden to see the people come to know Him and serve Him. The Lord keeps reminding us how important and strategic this is. Will you pause and pray for China today? Our prayers matter!

What a sweet moment during worship seeing the children in the front row joined together. We can learn so much from their unity and faith. They’re each so different and unique, but worship the same Creator. They don’t let their differences stop them, but they dance and sing and smile. We are grateful to have so many children on our campus this quarter. They bring joy and life! Then Jesus said, I tell you the truth, unless you turn from your sins and become like little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven. So anyone who becomes as humble as this little child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven. Matthew 18:3-4 NLT

Youth With a Mission has been such an awesome environment where I feel safe, honored, and truly loved for who I am! When entering onto this campus as a new student, I was met with overwhelming peace, and that’s when I knew that this season was and is going to be extraordinary!!! I am so thankful for my new YWAM family. Because I have the desire in me to know God, I choose to open my heart and receive what He has for me. I need to humble myself before God, and release any li...es that I had believed. These lies are keeping me from stepping into His truth for me. I am a daughter. I am important, loved, secure and comforted because God says so. He is in me, and I am in Him.
