Thanks to everyone who has been using the new Hospitality Request Form! We have been sorting out some technical hitches but now it seems to be working fine. If you do have a problem using it, please email [email protected] and let us know so we can fix it. Just a reminder that the purpose of the form is so that we can serve you more efficiently and don’t have to email back and forth with loads of questions. Let us know your thoughts. Blessings

Greetings Everyone We have a special announcement regarding Hospitality scheduling for San Diego. I have loved serving you all these past few years. It has come to a time that we need to release the scheduling for hospitality so that it can grow to the next level. I want to introduce Lyn Vaughan who has recently joined the San Diego Administration office, her and Andy come from England. Lyn will be a great fit for this area and has a compassion for hospitality. As you have no...tice Lyn has already been communicating with a few of you on your requests. We want to welcome Lyn to the team. with this we have added a new form for all staff to fill out for Hospitality requests. Here is the link for this https://goo.gl/forms/chBS1lwFefgymVeB3 This is going to help for booking the hospitality rooms as we only have 3 rooms that we used for all the requests that come in. As we move forward to help Lyn please process your request thru the hospitality email account at [email protected]. Being that we only have 3 rooms to serve everyone, we are asking that you refrain from texting or Facebook messenger your requests. We will only receive email requests from this point on. This will help with booking in the future. Your request is important to us, and want to meet the request in all possible ways. We do have a shared hospitality calendar for everyone to see if the date is open. If you don’t have the hospitality shared calendar send an email to the IT department and let them know that you would like to access the shared Hospitality calendar. As Lyn is now officially over the bookings we have developed a Hospitality Form for all requests. As we move forward I am Thankful for Lyn stepping into this area of hospitality. We are headed into a busy week. Rooms booked, Benny cleaning, airport runs happening. Serving Jesus is our life and I love how He meets are needs daily.
