NOTICE- We have a new insurance company for 2021 and they have demanded that we do NOT allow dogs on the property. We apologize for anyone this may offend. But please leave your dogs at home. Thank you for your understanding.
We have had several people ask what number they should use for 2021. Points have NOT been finalized yet. So please continue using your 2020 number. Once 2020 points are finalized- we will let everyone know. Do not change your number yet. Thank you

What a great way to start off the 2021 season. 47 motos for a normal single points race was crazy. It wasn’t Tyler Brown San Diego BMX busy but still not too bad. Thanks to everyone who came out and especially all of our volunteers who made everything run smooth.

Wanted to share a story about our Race for Life event. As we were showing up to the track I received a phone call. It was someone I had never met and he lived in Whittier. Said he was going to drive out just for the event. When he arrived at the track, he shared his family’s story. (See below) It was his story that made me realize this wasn’t just another race. And if this race can help make a difference to just one family- it is HUGE. Thank you Brian Cooke for sharing your... story. And we hope it can help others out there. Whether they are thinking about going to the doctor, or even getting a 2nd opinion. Here is Brian and his sisters story- This is Brian Cooke From Jenco Plating Inc. Cancer is a Big problem that effects almost everyone at some point in there life in some way. My father Ronald Cooke lost his battle to leukemia back in 1995. When I was 12 years old. A Few years later my sister Jennifer also had Lymphoma cancer but her battle was won and is here healthy today. Yucapia Bmx hosted the event Race for Life in support of the Leukemia and Lymphoma society. When we saw this event we knew we had to come out and support this event and donate toward this cause. Here is a story of my sister’s experience we would like to share with you all. Hi my name is Jennifer and I am writing this story to help inspire and give courage to those of you who are fighting the battle or just need courage to stand up for your health. The most important part of this story and lesson to be learned is to be your own advocate for your health demand the best for yourself and never except less. My story begins in 1999 when I started to feel drained and not well. I went numerous doctors ranging from general practitioners to specialists they all had ran various tests (blood work mostly). With no end in sight I continued to feel horrible and no answers were given other that this has to be depression. I was told over and over I was to young to have Cancer. Finally in 2006 a chest X-ray would show the tumors that led my to my biopsy and my diagnosis of Hodgkins Lymphoma. I was scared and relieved all at the same time, relieved only because I had felt bad for so long with no answers. The battle began to get my life back. I started Chemo quickly after my biopsy and fought to avoid radiation therapy (because my tumors where in my chest I was avoiding later in life breast Cancer) and became part of a new study at Sloan Kettering hospital as a new way to cure my Cancer. I am happy and proud to say I have been in remission since 2007 Fight for your life and don’t back down I am now 40 with 2 babies which I was told by one Dr I would never have because of my Chemo, I am happily married and enjoying my life. You can beat this!!!!
