Yuba-Sutter Health Officer Dr. Phuong Luu and Adventist Rideout President Rick Rawson were speakers at this morning's Chamber of Commerce breakfast. They address a lot of the questions we have been hearing out there: Is the hospital staff really stressed? Is the ICE over-taxed? This is just the flu, right? Why is testing needed?
