Holiday Craft Fair - December 5th and 6th in the Main Exhibit Building. We are still looking for a few more vendors. Please contact the Office for an application and more information. If you already have an application get it in to insure a space.

The YS Fair Jr. is always striving to improve the quality of the livestock show/auction and in doing so improve the exhibitor's experience. Participating in a Jr. Livestock Auction Committee Meeting is a great way to share your experience and provide ideas with the committee in order to make progressive change. The October JLA Meeting is scheduled for October 1st. Checkout the agenda for more information on the topics for discussion at the meeting. Hope to see many of our livestock enthusiasts there!

The Sheep Carcass Contest Results are in! CONGRATULATIONS to the top 8 and all of the YS Fair Sheep Exhibitors on producing some top quality meat! Checks will be mailed out and the winner, Jonathan Munger will receive a belt buckle. SPECIAL THANKS to Mike Dickinson for sponsoring the cash awards and Doris Widener for sponsoring the belt buckle!

The Beef Carcass Contest Results are in! CONGRATULATIONS to the top 9 and all of the YS Fair Beef Exhibitors on producing some top quality meat! Thank you to the sponsors of the Beef Carcass Contest, Yuba-Sutter Cattlemen's Association, Jesse & Rebecca D'Agostini. Checks will be mailed out and the winner Emily Harryman will receive a belt buckle available at the fair office!

$$ UPDATE - The Jr. Livestock Auction checks & virtual show premium checks are ready for the exhibitors to pickup at the fair office. Please bring the pre-addressed and stamped thank you letters in order to pickup your auction checks.

WOW! THANK YOU to all of the buyers, add-on supporters and bidders for an awesome Junior Livestock Auction! The Auction grossed $805,921 on 322 lots for an average of $2,503, setting a new record for the average price per lot sold! Plus, it recorded a record breaking 350 new buyers and add-on supporters! We are SO THANKFUL for everyone's support of the auction!

We received and shipped out the last load of market steers yesterday morning. Thank you again to all of the volunteers, and staff who continue to step up and go above and beyond the call when needed. WE APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT!
