You won't grow your real estate biz by throwing snowballs... It won't work, so don't try... What the hell am I talking about?... I'm talking about a scattergun approach to getting new clients [Let me know in the comments what your number one source of business is right now] A lot of people in real estate throw snowballs... We try lots of different things to get clients. We pick up snowballs and throwing them at different targets. We hope that this one might work; that this snowball might score a hit... UNFORTUNATELY... Every person's arm only has so many throws in it... You will exhaust yourself jumping from one lead source to another... Maybe there is another option One that doesn't involve you hurling snowballs at moving targets... Make a single large snowball, pack it in tight... and let it roll down a hill, let it gather up some momentum, let it draw in more and more snow, creating an unstoppable force of nature. This is how you get more referral business... This is how industry leaders (forces of nature) get the lion share of all the business. #1. Because they built their reputation. #2. Because they gathered an audience. #3. Because they build a brand that all the right people love. Perhaps you wonder if the same thing can happen for you? It can... How do you create the real estate business of your dreams without throwing snowballs at every target? Firstly, it's infinitely possible We see it in our trainings all the time. If they could find the strength to dream... then so can you. Now there is one thing I’ve learned... Our dreams are not our destination they’re our fuel... the things that drive us forward; a sacred calling that ushers us out of the ordinary, towards something more remarkable! So that hairy vagabond in that photo (me), he never got to make those movies (yet)... But that dream moved him across continents, it helped him find an incredible love (thanks Athaliah Renee), it opened his eyes to the vastness of the world, and the many different ways people live, love and express themselves. My dream made me better... And it help me find other things, better things, new things, lovely things... That’s the thing of dreams chased... They make you better and the world bigger and smaller all at the one time... Do not give up on your dreams.... ever Pursue them ruthlessly but hold them lightly...
