I wanted this particular light, appropriately named Portal, so badly right where it is since the opening, but I dared not to get it until I accomplish a certain goal I set. So, I sacrificed my favorite 10 y/o IKEA bedside lamp till I get what I really wanted. I thought I couldn’t get my lamp back for at least a year. 6 months later, here it come. IT IS SO PERFECT RIGHT THERE! So beautiful! And you won’t even notice the medical office style drop ceiling any more. It’s so magical here I don’t want to leave!!

Tomorrow will be the semi-anniversary of my studio opening. And I’ll take this glowing review as an early gift filling me with so much gratitude.

I’ve been fully booked for 7 consecutive (business) days now and counting ahead. Thank you, everyone, for finding me and coming to my new space. I couldn’t be any happier. As special discounts are ending this week, I’m striving to add more values to my practice with a hot stone warmer (ahhh), hot towel machine (I always wanted one!) and the tools for connective tissue adhesions called Gua Sha (or Graston Technique). I also got a space heater to keep the room nice and toasty,... especially for those who’d rather shiver than covered. Oh, I have a HEPA filter always running and the stereo sound system is perfectly tuned to the room. I swapped the table to a newer one with a much sturdier headrest and souped it up with a layer of copper memory foam. It’s incredibly comfy to lay on. You never stops becoming better. It keeps evolving.
