To our patients, I am writing to you about concerns you may have with the COVID-19 Virus. At this point, the infection rate is very small. The mortality rate is also very low and seems to be effecting people over the age of 60 with medical issues. In our office we use universal precautions, for example washing hands, wearing masks, sterilizing all instruments and disinfecting our chairs and units between patients. We take infection control very seriously, as a team we follow... CDC (Centers for Disease Control & Prevention) infection prevention and control guidelines and recommendations. I feel confident in assuring you that your care here should be fine. However, if you or your child is feeling ill, it is probably better to reschedule that appointment for another time.
