In balance poses, we are able to move through by locking our gaze on a single pointed focus, so that even though the wind might shake us, we know where we stand. This is also true for our Inner World. Over and over again we have seen this practice steady waves of anxi...ety, worry, or even frustration, by directing focus back to the stillness, to our inner peace. This is easier said than done, but every time we come back to our mats, we step back into this mindset. Let the outer world melt away. Take your power & peace back.
