Come on down to The Center for Healing this afternoon for an afternoon of Teen Yoga classes - Girls Yoga 3-4pm and Teen Restorative 4:15-5:15pm $10/each.

Also this Saturday, right after Girls Yoga, is our first Teen Restorative. This class is for BOTH guys 'n gals. Ever feel physically exhausted but mentally buzzing?
